That is at the core of what we are trying to achieve in empowering and supporting parents. That hour you spend away from your loved ones, should help you become the parent you want to be. I pray and hope that our vision is as clear as day to you too.

Tomorrow we are talking healthy eating. What is it? What sort of things can we eat that help us reduce inflammation, stress and build our immunity.

Selina is a health coach who will be talking to us about clean eating. She will give us some ideas on how to facilitate that and what kind of foods we can incorporate in our diet. You don’t want to miss this.
