What can we do to lessen this burden?
The webinar will be in two segments:
We start with open flow on introductions and touching base with one another. I encourage people to turn their videos on so we can make eye contact and acknowledge each other in this #newnorm. Please do not feel pressured to, let me know if you rather not have the video on.
The second segment will be on practical tips that we can utilise to strengthen our resilience factor.
