Mother’s day celebration 2025
Our theme for this year is
“Bloom & Connect”
Motherhood and its demands sometimes feels like it’s going to take you out! It’s never been so important to be in a safe space and community as a MIGRANT mum! You can’t be everything to your children even if you tried. The sisterhood is here to pour more into you, encourage and inspire you.
This intimate gathering is just that: a safe space with for all women of all walks of life: mature and seasoned women who are able to create and hold space for you, young creatives who bring fresh new lenses to view life with, the middle happy women who are navigating life and everything else. This event is open to the IP whatsapp community first, if we struggle to fill up the spaces, will open it to the public.
Call it an ecosystem, village, tribe, community, family, sisterhood, mummy hood, whatever you choose in your vocabulary, we are all for the connections.

Join us on 22/03/2025 for an intimate and unforgettable get together as mums in beautiful and quaint Buckinghamshire. The venue offers the ambiance of the perfect backdrop of this wonderful get together.
Lunch and creative session is £50 per person payable via bank transfer, so do get in touch. 😍
Over the years as a migrant, public service worker, parent coach and mum myself, I have leaned so much on the adage that when women come together, society heals a little bit. This is why I am passionate about creating safe spaces for MIGRANT women to connect, see each other and belong. We need this. . It’s going to be transformative as we share and empower each other. It’s going to be a sacred space where we share our stories. Yes we want to hear it all sis. How has life been treating you? What does it feel like being a migrant woman in UK. You may have been here in UK a month, year, decades we know first hand how tough it is to navigate life in diaspora.
We are going to have a creative session, using our hands and minds and can’t wait to see what you will create sis. You have to be here to find out!

Migrant Mums meet up Carlslie
We are back in Cumbria this year! Last year it was amazing to meet up with the community of mothers north of England.
Our meet up will be at the illustrious Halston hotel. It’s going to be another intimate and impactful time of sharing, connecting and learning together. We have a panel of speakers and it certainly promises to be a great time out. Why not get your mom friend and make a bank holiday weekend out of it! The lake district is beautiful and worth a visit!

Summer Picnic 2025
PINK, ORANGE & WHITE PICNIC in the PARK 🌸
We are excited to relaunch our summer 2025 meet up! We have struggled with the weather these past two years. This year, come rain, wind and hail, let’s commit to seeing each other in all seasons. It takes intentionality to be honest sis. You don’t want to miss this! It’s going to be a blast. We are inviting you to a time of fun, joy, laughter and networking. The theme is Pink, Orange and white Picnic in the park.
Bring out those lovely girlie outfits you have been passing in your wardrobe. There will be games to play. If you have any ideas , suggestions or want to be involved in this please do get in touch, contact .
We are looking for voluntary creatives to partner with us in bringing this incredible event to life! If you know someone, please tag us as well.
It’s BRING your own BASKET #BYOB for this lovely brunch and get together. The idea is hang out as mums, share some tips, ideas whilst enjoying a lovely picnic spread. Entry fee is £10/per person. This comes heavily subsided to enable as many mums as possible to attend!
There will be quizzes and a couple of games before a short panel discussion on all things motherhood in diaspora.

We have chosen Milton Keynes as it’s fairly central with good transport links. This promises to be the headliner of our events. We want to see you in your girlie outfits. We had an incredible time at our afternoon tea in Bedford at the wonderful cake haven

Really excited to bring the much awaited #mumsluncheon to you. From our recent survey, lots of mamas told us that a luncheon is something you wanted to do.
Here is to networking, growing, empowering and supporting each other. Bring your whole self to this afternoon of eating, laughing, sharing, and seeing each other. We have journeyed together with many of you since the conception of Intentional Parenting™️. For some of you, the 6am prayers have been an incredible space to grow, nurture and encourage each other at the backdrop of Covid-19 since 2020.
This, here is a perfect and wonderful opportunity to not only break bread together but to hold space for each other and acknowledge the incredible work we are all doing to raising the future.
Many a times, motherhood feels lonely and overwhelming. It does not have to be! Here at intentional parenting™️, I am keen to demystify that narrative by creating safe spaces where mothers thrive. A happy mama is a force to be reckoned with and a blessing for many generations to come. Remember, we are the bows from which our children are sent from!
This is a great opportunity to strengthen connections, widen social networks as well as creating new ones. May is mental health awareness month and we know pretty well how social isolation causes a lot of mental illness. Let us be the change we want to see so we can empower our children and many generations coming after us.

Spaces are very limited so it’s first come first served. There is a £5 non- refundable deposit to secure your booking to be paid on expression of interest by the 30th of April. This will go towards your food bill. Payments to be made via paypal, link below;
